Business Oregon believes the creation and adoption of new products, services and business models is a fundamental driver of economic prosperity - we partner on this vision in providing supportive services and pathways to capital so Oregon's female founders can innovate and thrive. We continue to put our brains together about how we can create meaningful and effective programs that tackle core systemic issues such as lack of access to capital and resources for women and BIPOC members of our community.

Foundation exists to empower every fashion decision with a meaningful chain of causation. They donate 100% of their profits back into the community through non-profit 'Impact Partners'. Their role as a local business is to go beyond selling beautiful clothes, rather, they invest in the community, shaping the way business can play a direct role in community development. Founder Holly Levow is deeply committed to the health and wellness of our community's womxn. Her vision and the innovation required to execute that vision is a model that places humans and place before all else. In our partnership, XXcelerate leverages the lessons learned from Foundation's approach and thinking to inspire a generation of womxn-owned small business owners to think outside conventional structures and towards community.
Market of Choice is a family-owned grocery store offering an extensive selection of natural, organic, conventional and local products at affordable prices. With over 10 stores in Oregon, they employ more than 1,800 people and support thousands of farmers, ranchers and food and beverage producers throughout the Pacific Northwest. Community giving and support of local producers make them unique - Market of Choice fervently supports Womxn/BIPOC-owned businesses. They identify these makers with a labeling system throughout the store, so consumers can intentionally purchase products that are made by our community's most under-resourced makers.
Oregon Community Foundation provides generous support of our supportive services programming for underserved small businesses across our state. Their contributions have helped build our capacity to deliver robust one on one coaching for womxn and BIPOC entrepreneurs as they need, in order to navigate the recent market disruptions.
